About Sacred Sounds

Acutonics & Crystal Singing Bowls

As a young musician, Sandra was drawn to sound healing vibrations that led her to the path of holistic healing and, embracing the body, mind and spirit.

The Acutonics system of healing has profound results and is a powerful form of vibrational energetics. In Acutonics, tuning forks are activated and placed on acupuncture points and meridians. The sound travels through the cerebrospinal fluids of the body creating an alchemy of natural holistic healing.

The music of spheres is the underlying basis of Acutonics and is the intertwined relationships between the structures of music and those of the physical world. Pythagoras music of the spheres theory comes into existence from past NASA discoveries. NASA took the electromagnetic signals coming from the planets and converted them to human sounds.  The music of spheres is a harmonic intelligence.

Through sound layering, Sandra creates multi-dimensional energetics that allow quantum coursing of vibrations to heal body, mind and soul. Joining together music, vibrational medicine and shamanism, this transformational work brings about interconnectedness with the universe.

The Acutonics system helps to stimulate and activate these harmonies bringing oneness with self resulting in cellular remembrance. The overall effect is impressive.

History and Origin of Crystal Singing Bowls

Crystal singing bowls are believed to have originated in Tibet, where they were used for meditation and spiritual practice. The bowls are made from a type of quartz known as rock crystal, which is prized for its ability to vibrate at a very high frequency.

Improves Mental Clarity

Crystal bowl healing is a natural way of restoring balance and clarity in the mind. It helps to stimulate the lymphatic system, clear out negativity, and restore energy flow. In addition to this, crystal bowl healing has been known to have a calming effect that reduces stress levels. Some say it is also beneficial to the immune system, thereby reducing anxiety, insomnia and pain.

In working with sound, Sandra feels like a conductor within a symphony of healing using her intuition in a non-invasive manner. Sandra has found that it restores balance and promotes overall well being - a sort of providence of the divine.
